Darryl’s international touring and recording career took flight at age 21 with jazz icon Miles Davis. Gigs with Sting, Herbie Hancock, Peter Gabriel, Madonna, Eric Clapton, and many others soon followed, and since 1993 he’s been the bassist for the Rolling Stones.
When he’s not in the studio or on tour with the Stones he writes and records his own music, builds musical instruments, composes film scores, teaches classes, and continues to play with a diverse group of artists and bands.
